Most clients hate writing briefs, and most briefs show it. Instead of a form, I send three questions and ask for honest, short answers.
The three questions
Who already loves you, and why?
What do people misunderstand about you?
What should still be true in ten years?
The answers become the brief. They are shorter than a form, more useful than a moodboard, and they give every later decision something to be measured against.
